01

Business context

EZERA Technologies is an international technology consulting and management firm working with enterprises across Dubai, Istanbul and Cambridge. Its work spans digital transformation and strategy, cloud architecture, data analytics and AI, enterprise software integration, and cybersecurity and compliance.

Enterprise buyers rarely arrive at a consulting firm's website ready to sign. They arrive to understand how a partner thinks. The website therefore has a narrow job: communicate positioning, capability and credibility clearly enough that a decision maker can decide whether a conversation is worth their time.

02

The challenge

Consulting websites tend to converge on the same visual language: interchangeable hero sections, stacked feature cards, and copy that could belong to any firm in the sector. That sameness is a positioning problem, not only an aesthetic one.

The brief was to express EZERA Technologies' character — precise, international, engineering-led — while keeping the experience calm, legible and fast. Expressive art direction and enterprise-grade clarity had to hold together in the same page, not trade off against one another.

03

Collaboration approach

MadeByCat supported the design and development of EZERA Technologies’ digital experience. The work was treated as a single design and engineering track rather than a handover between two disciplines, so that motion, typography and layout decisions could be validated in the browser as they were made.

Practically, that meant agreeing the narrative order of the page first — who EZERA is, how it works, what it delivers, how to reach it — and then designing each section against that structure. Visual ideas that did not serve the narrative or that put readability at risk were dropped rather than refined.

04

Website experience scope

The site is a single-narrative marketing experience covering the brand introduction, an about section describing EZERA's global structure, a services section presenting the five core practice areas, a selected mandates section, an editorial video moment, and a contact section with a direct enquiry form.

Supporting the narrative are a persistent navigation element, three-dimensional brand moments, layered background motion and interaction detail on cards and links. Each of these is a deliberate brand device with a defined role, not decoration added after the layout was finished.

05

Accessibility, performance and privacy considerations

Accessibility was handled as a structural requirement: semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-reachable navigation and controls, descriptive labels on icon-only links, and contrast levels that hold up against the light brand palette. Motion-heavy elements are built so that a visitor who prefers reduced motion is not forced through them.

Performance work focused on the cost of the expressive layers. Three-dimensional and video assets are loaded lazily and in a deliberate order, so that reading the page never waits on the heaviest asset, and automated auditing environments receive a lightweight text-first rendering of the same content.

On privacy, analytics and consent tooling load through a single controlled entry point, and the contact form collects only a name, an email address and a message, with explicit consent required before submission.
